Work is not just about enduring long hours under the stars, but also about healing through the journey's scenery. In response to the call from Hecheng Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions, and to enrich employees' cultural lives, relieve work stress, and strengthen team cohesion, on August 2, 2026, Dugao Furniture organized frontline staff to participate in the "Million Workers Tour Foshan" event. Leaving workshops and workstations behind, they followed the city's industrial development trail, visiting the Tangmei Park Service Station, Anheng Intelligent Technology, and Yingxiang Heartland Amusement Park. Through on-site observation, they broadened their horizons, and through joyful exploration, they relaxed both mind and body.
The first stop of the itinerary brought the team to the Ping'an Hecheng Tangmei Park Employee Service Station. The warm and comfortable service environment, along with comprehensive supporting facilities, created a welcoming atmosphere. Members freely explored the service areas, gaining a thorough understanding of the diverse services offered to employees-including rights protection, cultural and recreational empowerment, and heartfelt support. They genuinely felt the thoughtful care provided by the subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions and the park for its workers, experiencing the strong sense of collaboration between government and enterprises in fostering employee well-being and shared development.
After leaving Tangmei Park Employee Service Station, the team headed to Anheng Intelligent Technology for a visit. They entered the enterprise exhibition hall and the production site, closely observing the intelligent production equipment and the digital management model. They directly experienced the vigorous power of technological innovation driving the transformation and upgrading of the industry. This immersive learning experience not only broadened the horizons of all team members but also brought about innovative inspiration, helping the enterprise accumulate new ideas for optimizing furniture research and design and exploring intelligent production paths.
After the fulfilling study tour, all the participants headed to the natural and childlike amusement park. They took off their fatigue and temporarily let go of their stress. In the Yingxiang Heartwarming Amusement Park, they began a relaxing and pleasant leisure time. Some chatted and strolled together, some formed teams to have fun freely, or took photos and made posts to capture the moment. In the leisure and comfortable atmosphere, they relaxed their minds and recharged their energy, charging up their emotions. Amidst the cheerful laughter, they got closer to each other, strengthened their friendship among companions, and vividly demonstrated the vibrant team spirit of Degree High Furniture.
