We provide prototype samples or mock-ups for your approval before mass production, so every piece, whether for standard rooms or suites, reflects consistent style and brand quality. Additionally, DuGao keeps detailed production records and part-numbering to make future orders or replacements match exactly.

For large-volume orders, the timeline is usually 45-60 days, includes design finalisation & prototyping, production scheduling, finishing/quality control, packing and shipping. DuGao’s facility (50000m², over 200 automated machines) allows for mechanised efficiency, yet customisation, finishing and logistics still require careful planning times. We recommend building in buffer time for shipping and customs, and agreeing on a phased production/delivery schedule if your rollout is staged.

DuGao’s custom process includes layout consultation and design/prototype phases. Once prototypes are approved, changes are possible but may affect cost or lead time. For large furniture packages, joining a design freeze milestone ahead of production helps avoid change-orders. For customisations (like alternate finishes, integrated lighting, unique materials) DuGao offers OEM/ODM flexibility yet advises locking core components early to ensure budgeting and scheduling stability.

Even in large‐volume orders, DuGao offers tiered material/finish options (like cost-effective E0-grade boards vs higher-end walnut/solid wood, standard upholstery option vs premium leather). By standardising furniture modules across rooms, you gain economies of scale. Value-engineering can focus on core functional modules while reserving high-end upgrades for select suite rooms.

DuGao’s furniture meets multiple international standards (BS5852, BS7176, CARB P2) and holds ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 certifications. For fabrics and finishes, our offer includes optional fire-retardant, stain-resistant, scratch-proof treatments.

DuGao supports EXW, FOB and DDP shipping terms and provides installation guidance or on-site support. For bulk orders, coordinate container loading schedules, customs clearance, onsite storage and installation sequencing. Take into account weight/size of hotel furniture, crates, handling at destination, and the need to synchronise with fit-out schedule in the hotel project.
